FULFILMENT & DELIVERY
Orders are fulfilled within 3-7 business days in the UK; once dispatched the shipping time depends on destination. EU and other international orders may take longer.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping charges depend on your location and the items in your order. At checkout you’ll see the exact shipping cost before payment.
For orders shipping internationally please note you may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes in your country.
TRACKING & SUPPORT
Once your order ships we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow its progress. If your estimated delivery time has passed, please contact us at support@onpointewear.com and we’ll assist.

Return & Refund Policy
WHAT WE COVER
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and order number. We’ll offer you either a free replacement or full refund.
WHAT WE DON'T COVER
Change of mind, wrong size ordered, or dislike of colour or style are not eligible for free returns. If you still wish to exchange or return the item, please email us and we may offer store credit or exchange at your cost (including shipping + re-printing cost).
HOW TO CLAIM
Email support@onpointewear.com within 30 days with your order number + photos. We’ll review and respond within 48 hours.
